Cancellation policy – 48hrs notice is required to cancel or change an appointment. If less than 24hrs or no notice is given a full fee is charged.

Payments- I accept advance payments by cash, cheques or bank transfer.

Health Insurance

If your health insurance company is paying for your appointments, please provide an authorisation number when booking your first appointment and the company will be invoiced directly. First appointments made within 7 days or more will be considered a confirmed booking and will be invoiced accordingly. All follow-up appointments require a 7 days cancellation notice or a full fee will be charged.

Any excess fees required to be payable by the individual, under the terms of the health insurance, are payable in advance of treatment sessions.
