Online Therapy

Online Therapy enables you to discuss the same issues as if you were present in a face to face therapy session. The use of Online Therapy has highlighted several benefits compared to face to face sessions such as enabling you to have more flexibility and access to a therapist regardless of your location in the UK, abroad or whatever your life circumstances are that you are having to deal with for example going through an illness, surgery or recovery; childcare issues; working away from home; having a carer’s role or being housebound due to a disability
