Whilst I specialise in an integrative approach to address your presenting problems there are occasions when clients prefer counselling or CBT so the therapies that I offer can be offered independently or as an integrative approach that combines the use of cognitive, behavioural, coping strategies and problem solving techniques to create change and improve overall health and well-being.
